Privacy Policy

What we collect

The details you enter to create your song (names, occasion, story), your email address when you purchase, and basic analytics such as pages visited.

How we use it

To write and produce your song, deliver it to you, provide support, process payments (handled by Stripe; we never see your card), and improve our service. With your consent we may measure ad performance using the Meta pixel.

Sharing

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: AI models that write and produce your song, payment processing, email delivery and hosting. We never sell your data.

Retention

Unpurchased songs are deleted after 60 days. Purchased songs are kept so your gift page keeps working. Email team@singtothem.com to delete your data at any time.
